This is the first of four curated programmes of UK and international artists presentations selected from the open call to the Screen.dance 2021 festival.

Each presentation offers an opportunity to delve deeper into the artists’ practice through a livestream of a pre-recorded presentation and is followed by a live Q&A. Some of the artists prefer to include their dance films in the presentation, whilst others focus on wider issues. Often the films talked about also compete for the Screen.dance 2021 UK or International Jury Awards.
