Our next contemporary dance workshop with Daniel Navarro Lorenzo, open to those of all levels, will be on Sunday 29th March!  Daniel has a huge amount of experience to share with us at each of his workshops – see below for details of his extensive background!  

Sunday 29 March 2020, 1.30 - 3 pm, Open Level, £8 Book via email to secure your space, or pay on the door, subject to availability. Daniel's classes are based on the Limon and Release techniques, which he likes to mix in classes. The Release style allows more freedom of movement while Limon brings more discipline around shape and form. Daniel views the Release technique to be more natural and free, helping him to see the potential of dancers in terms of their movement, while he believes Limon gives dancers a more powerful body structure.
